Head Coach Daron Santo recently announced freshman Cayla Jones as the women's basketball  Athlete of the Month for January. 

Jones' contributions include averaging 12.42 points per game, while shooting 49% from the floor.  Cayla also leads the Hawks with 149 rebounds, averaging 5.73 per contest.

Coach Santo says "Cayla has developed into an excellent all-around player.  She's become one of the best rebounders in the NWAC.  Her contributions at both ends of the floor have us in position for another East Region title."
