CBC came out the gate with 6 points in the row to set the tone on the afternoon. With

CBC's defense was stingy in the first half allowing just 7 points and 8 points respectively in each quarter.
Nichols was able to get her way on both ends of the court including a few coast to coast layins to go with 5 assists early. Brandner shot 6-7 in the half good for 18 of her 22.
The Hawks were able to open it up in the third while scoring 22 points coming from 5 different players.
Kenzi Pedersen got it going inside with a couple of tough buckets along with 3 rebounds. After 3 quarters, Basin extended the lead to 60-24.
Nichols converted an inbounds play out of a timeout with 2 minutes to go in the 4th to earn the triple-double before checking out of the game as the Hawks cruised to the 77-39 final. The win moves them to 4-2 in East Region play with Spokane next up on Wednesday for the final game of the homestand. Tipoff scheduled for 5:30pm.
