Columbia Basin College sweeps Blinn Community College to secure an undefeated regular season. Map 1 took place on Samoa in the Control Mode. Due to an NJCAAE ruling, Blinn's player "Rajeem" was deemed ineligible, forcing Blinn to compete 4v5. Control is a best-of-three game mode where teams fight to hold a designated point, building up percentage to 100% to secure the round. CBC capitalized on the numbers advantage, swiftly taking the first control point. Blinn struggled to contest in the second round, allowing CBC to secure a dominant win. Notable Players included Lucas "BAAAAABAAAAA" Grenier with a KAD (Kills/Assists/Deaths) of 23/9/3, Branden "Cod" Nix 16/0/5, and Skylar "skitsu" Phanekham 18/0/2. Map 2 took place on King's Row in the Hybrid game mode. Hybrid begins with an Assault capture point, transitioning into an Escort payload push. CBC opened the attack strong, breezing through Blinn's defenses and escorting the payload with little resistance. On defense, CBC's coordination shut Blinn down before they could capture the point, closing out another decisive win. Notable Players included Lucas "BAAAAABAAAAA" Grenier with a KAD of 21/6/3, Skylar "skitsu" Phanekham 19/0/4, and Talan "Librya" Kiesecker 17/13/1. Map 3 took place on Circuit Royal in the Escort Mode as well. Cade "Alyxian" Horn subbed in for Talan "Librya" Kiesecker. With Blinn still down a player, CBC dominated the payload push, reaching the final checkpoint uncontested. On defense, Blinn managed to reach the first checkpoint but faltered soon after. CBC closed out the series in a clean 3-0 sweep, locking in the #1 seed for regionals. Notable Players included Lucas "BAAAAABAAAAA" Grenier with a KAD of 33/9/7, Branden "Cod" Nix 25/0/11, and Skylar "skitsu" Phanekham 20/5/11. CBC continues their dominant NJCAAE season and sets their sights on the upcoming regional tournament where they will face off against St. Louis Community College in the first round of regionals. If the Hawks win the first round, they will face off against the winner of Blinn Community College Vs. Salt Lake City Community College in the final round of regionals. CBC Rocket League also starts their Regional Playoffs with a match up against Murray State College.
